Frequently asked questions

A few simple tips to get the best print:

• File type: JPG is ideal.
• Photo quality: the photo must be clear and in focus. Blurry or very low-resolution images will not print well.
• Orientation: portrait or landscape depends on the lamp you choose, so pick the option on the order form that matches your photo.
• People and faces: the number of people or faces in the photo does not matter.
• Background and lighting: make sure nothing is across the faces in the photo. Bright light backgrounds such as lights or fires do not print properly, so avoid those.

It depends on the lamp: The Forever Frame takes 1 photo, The Love Story Shade takes 4 portrait or 3 landscape photos, and The Memory Cube takes 5 photos. The order form will tell you exactly how many to upload.

Each lamp is made to order, so please allow 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) from the day your payment is received until your lamp arrives.

Yes. Prices on the site include postage within Ireland. For orders going abroad, the customer covers the extra shipping cost. Place your order as normal and we will email you a shipping quote. The lamp and the shipping must both be paid before we start production.

After you place your order you are taken to our secure Revolut checkout. Enter the amount shown on your confirmation screen and use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your lamp.

Yes. Create an account using the same email address you ordered with, then sign in and open My orders to see your progress and download your receipt.

• Indoor use only — keep your lamp indoors in a dry environment.
• Cleaning — gently wipe the lampshade with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid water or cleaning chemicals.
• Avoid direct sunlight — prolonged exposure may cause the printed image to fade over time.
• Electrical safety — use only the supplied LED bulb or a low-heat LED equivalent.
• Handle with care — your personalised lampshade is custom made, so handle it gently to keep your memories looking beautiful.

Get in touch as soon as possible. If we have not started printing yet we can usually change or cancel it. Once production has started the lamp is personalised and cannot be cancelled — see our returns policy for faulty or damaged items.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are on our returns page.
