Custom-made items

Every lamp we make is personalised with your chosen photos. Because each item is made to order, the standard 14-day online cooling-off period does not apply. Orders cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Faulty or damaged lamps

If your lamp arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will ask for a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.

The faulty or damaged lamp must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging where possible. We will cover the return postage cost for confirmed faulty items.

How we resolve issues

Once we receive the returned lamp and confirm the fault or damage, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement lamp, whichever you prefer.
