1. About us
Sammy & Me is a small Irish business trading from Deerpark West, Ennistymon, Co. Clare, Ireland. You can contact us by email at sammymedesign@gmail.com or by text / WhatsApp at 085 777 7985.
2. Using this website
By placing an order through this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.
3. Products
All lamps are custom-made using the photos and details you provide. Because each item is personalised to your order, the finished lamp may vary slightly from screen previews and product photographs. We use high-quality materials and check every lamp before it is posted.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Euro (€) and include postage within Ireland. Payment is made through our Revolut checkout link. Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.
5. Turnaround time
We aim to have your lamp ready for posting within 7–10 working days of receiving payment. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times after posting depend on An Post and are usually 2–3 working days within Ireland.
6. Cancellations
Because each lamp is made to order, you may cancel your order without charge only before printing has started. Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
7. Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that are of satisfactory quality and as described. We are not liable for any loss that is not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be resolved in the Irish courts.
