Sammy & Me is a small Irish business based in Ennistymon, Co. Clare, Ireland. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us when you use this website or place an order.

2. What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery address and Eircode
• The photos you upload for your lamp
• Your order details, payment reference and chosen product

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Make and deliver your personalised lamp
• Contact you about your order if needed
• Send you order updates if you create an account
• Keep records for tax and legal purposes

4. How we store your photos

Your photos are uploaded to a secure private cloud storage bucket and are only accessible to us for the purpose of making your lamp. We do not share your photos with third parties, use them for marketing, or sell them.

5. Sharing your information

We share only what is necessary with trusted third parties: our payment provider (Revolut) to process payment, and An Post or our courier to deliver your lamp. We do not sell your personal information.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep order and contact details for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, meet our legal obligations, and handle any queries. Photos are removed from our storage once they are no longer needed for production or dispute resolution.

7. Your rights
